there's no turning back now
It's official: We received our tickets for Young Frankenstein and Legally Blonde. In addition, we got our tickets to the final Subway Series at Shea Stadium. As an Indians fan, yes, I will be cheering for the Mets. I don't really care much about Shea, but Stu does, and it will be a new experience for me to attend a New York-New York game.
Because of the high demand for opening day, Subway Series, and final game tickets, mets.com allowed people to be selected at random for the opportunity to purchase them. Stu, Laurie, and I all entered to increase our chances. Amazingly, I was selected, so we bought our tickets as soon as they went on sale, much cheaper than if we had tried to buy them elsewhere.
In other news, the show I'm playing for opens tomorrow (Friday). The dates are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: Feb. 29, Mar. 1-2, Mar. 7-9, Mar. 14-16. Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m., Sundays at 3:00 p.m. Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for students and seniors. This is at the Cassidy Theatre, 6200 Pearl Road in Parma Heights.
And lastly, 1,301 Florescent Bulbs Lit Solely by Magnetic Fields.
